Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Estate Agent to join a successful and well-established independent estate agency in Addlestone.
This is a busy, fast-paced office with strong stock levels, a proactive team environment, and excellent earning potential for someone who enjoys residential property sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities of the Estate Agent
*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
*Generating new business opportunities
*Progressing property sales through to completion
*Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication throughout the sales process
Requirements
*Previous experience within estate agency or property sales
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven and motivated approach
*Professional and well-presented
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Benefits
*Basic salary up to £25,000
*Realistic OTE of £50,000
*Uncapped commission structure
*Ongoing training and career development
