Job Description:
I am proud to be working with a growing organisation operating within the infrastructure and energy services sector to recruit a Graduate Assistant Asset Manager to join their expanding operations team. This is a full-time, permanent role located in Warrington. This is graduate role, meaning the client is looking for candidate’s who have recently finished their studies to undertake this role. Benefits:
*Salary - £25,000 per annum, increasing up to £40,000 from years 3–5
*Holidays – 25 Days, plus Bank Holidays
*Bonus of up to 10% of salary (pro-rated for the bonus year, payable in March if awarded)

*Bonus potential increases up to 20% (dependent on performance)

Role Purpose:
The Assistant Asset Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of clean energy assets, analysing asset performance, preparing reports, and supporting financial and operational decision-making. There is a defined training & development programme that will be implemented for the successful candidate when they start in this role.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Building and maintaining sound working relations and representing the Company with all key stakeholders in relation to the wind assets.
*Managing all sites within the Company’s portfolio ensuring that they are being effectively operated to optimise these assets in accordance with contractual, technical, environmental and budgetary requirements.
*Proactively spend a portion of the working week identifying turbine under performance, investing turbine alarms and faults in order to reduce downtime and improve performance.
*Managing the performance of key contracts (e.g. O&M providers), agreements and budgets associated with assets.
Specification:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are advantageous
*Knowledge of the clean energy sector and understanding of renewable energy technologies
*Effective verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
*Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
*Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite; experience with asset management platforms is a plus
