Warehouse Team Leader
Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing warehouse operation in Guildford.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day warehouse team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards across the operation.
Job Function:
* Leading and supporting the warehouse team
* Overseeing picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
* Monitoring stock levels and warehouse organisation
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Driving efficiency and maintaining productivity levels
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience
* Proactive and organised approach
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Shift Pattern:
5 days in 7 on a 5-week rotation, including:
* 1 full weekend
* 1 Sunday shift
