Key Responsibilities of an Estate Agent
*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating property sales between buyers and vendors
*Managing sales progression through to completion
*Building strong relationships with clients and applicants

Requirements
*Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales preferred
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Positive, driven, and target-focused approach
*Professional and confident manner
*Strong organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence required
