Duties of an Estate Agent will Include
*Registering and matching buyers to available properties
*Arranging and carrying out residential property viewings
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
*Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Identifying opportunities to win new business and valuations
*Maintaining high levels of customer service throughout the process
*Working towards individual and branch targets
The Successful Candidate Will Have
*Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*A professional and confident approach
*Ability to work well in a target-driven environment
*Good local knowledge of Surrey would be beneficial
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
