We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Maidenhead.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years’ lettings experience with a full understanding the lettings process and current legislation.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Basic £20,000 - £22,000 DOE
*OTE £30,000 - £35,000
*Monday to Friday, every other Saturday

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Liaising between landlords and tenants
*Providing up to date advice and information
*Conducting viewings
*Booking appointments
*Negotiating lettings contracts
*Registering applicants
*Generating new business
*Building the market share
*Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Must have minimum of 1+ years lettings experience
*Good track record of generating new business within Estate Agency
*Understanding of the lettings process
*Be up to date with current legislation
*A high level of customer service skills
*The desire to work well in a team, and independently
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*High accuracy and attention to detail

*Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
