Macildowie are working with a client based in the Sywell area to recruit a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance within a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the external sales representative, you will take ownership of your designated customer base and play a key role in supporting area growth through proactive account management, quotation follow-up, and technical product support.
The Role*Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
*Supporting external sales activity across your designated area
*Following up quotations and identifying conversion opportunities
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle
*Providing product advice and technical support where required
*Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
*Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
*Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
About You*Previous experience within a sales, account management, or customer service role
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales growth
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
