Role Summary:
This is an opportunity for a qualified residential conveyancing specialist to join a progressive, well-supported team handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload: Handle a broad variety of matters including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build transactions, giving you exposure to good-quality and varied work.
• Deliver high levels of client care: Build strong relationships with clients and provide a clear, responsive service throughout the transaction.
• Supervise junior team members: Support and guide more junior colleagues, helping you develop leadership and mentoring experience.
• Work with modern case management systems: Use technology to improve efficiency, communication and the overall client journey.
• Handle more complex property transactions: Gain exposure to higher-value and more technical matters, including luxury homes and central London apartments.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture: Join a supportive environment where training, development and team success are actively encouraged.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a full caseload of residential property files, including freehold, leasehold, new build and more complex transactions
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior members of staff
• Strong client care, communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with digital case management systems
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a strong commitment to service quality
