We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Camden. This role is ideal for graduates looking for part-time work that can fit around other commitments, whilst building hands-on experience within education.
Working across different schools will allow you to develop confidence, gain exposure to a variety of classroom settings, and strengthen your skills ahead of securing a long-term or permanent role in September.
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a graduate with a passion for education
*Be flexible and happy to work across different primary schools
*Have a positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
*Be confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
*Be interested in pursuing teacher training or a career in education in the future
*Be available from 7am for any last-minute calls to cover short-term staff absence
*Keep their availability diary regularly updated, as candidates with updated availability will be prioritised for advance bookings and same-day cover opportunities
