Job Description:
Operations Coordinator
*Location: Norfolk, UK
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to play a crucial role in building the foundations for our European operations. This is a pivotal opportunity to join at the inception of our UK expansion, helping to shape the systems, processes, and customer support that will underpin our long-term success. You will support various teams by coordinating all operational processes to keep the business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and detail-focused who is eager to take on new responsibilities within a growing international business.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Set up and manage UK operations, including support for new products and services.
*Handle incoming queries from dealers and staff professionally and efficiently.
*Coordinate with teams in the UK, and Internationally to maintain high standards of service.
*Manage vehicle import documentation and ensure records are accurate and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
*Maintain the CRM, including onboarding new customers, updating account details, tracking vehicle status, shipping updates, and key actions.
*Track open actions, missing information, and documentation issues through to completion.
*Support the UK Country Manager with issues, process improvements, and day-to-day operational coordination.
*Help build practical, scalable processes as the UK business grows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Confident and experienced in operations support, customer service, administration, and logistics.
*Strong attention to detail and action-oriented.
*Comfortable using general business software including CRM systems, Outlook, Excel.
*Experience building new operational processes.
*Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
*Automotive, logistics, or vehicle import experience would be an advantage.
