About the role
The Tailored Tree is a UK-based digital services and web design agency. We are growing our sales team and looking for a remote cold caller to join us full-time.
You will be speaking with business owners and decision makers across the UK, introducing our services, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments for the business.
Everything you need to do the job well is provided — leads, scripts, dialling tools, and full training. Your job is to show up, make calls, and perform.

*Maintaining a strong level of daily activity and consistency
*Representing The Tailored Tree professionally at all times
Pay & structure
Competitive pay structure with clear targets and uncapped earning potential. Full details are shared with shortlisted candidates.
A 2-week probation period applies at the start. Base pay is introduced on successful completion of probation, in addition to your ongoing commission earnings.
