Sales Administrator
Leeds
£24,000 - £26,000Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business in Leeds. This is a high-volume, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same, and strong organisation and accuracy are key.
You’ll play an important role in supporting the sales and order process, ensuring everything runs efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include:
*Coordinating and processing customer orders, ensuring deadlines are met
*Managing workloads in a reactive environment where priorities can shift quickly
*Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
*Processing returns in line with company procedures
*Maintaining and updating internal systems, spreadsheets, and records
*Supporting sales activity and contributing to overall team performance
*Building effective relationships with customers and internal teams
*Supporting reporting and maintaining data accuracy
*Identifying areas for process improvement
*Assisting with general administration and ad-hoc duties
About You:*Previous experience in a sales administration or customer support role
*High level of accuracy and strong organisational skills
*Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
*Experience with ERP systems (advantageous)
*Exposure to a manufacturing environment (desirable)
*Proactive and adaptable approach
