ACCA / FCCA Senior Accountant - part-time -flexible working hours - hybrid

Key Responsibilities
*Preparation and review of annual statutory accounts for limited companies
*Preparation and review of corporation tax returns
*Reviewing accounts prepared by junior team members and outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns prepared by the junior team
*Providing guidance, mentoring and support to junior staff
*Assisting with ad-hoc technical queries and internal process improvements
Skills & Experience Required
*FCCA / ACCA qualified
*Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
*Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Proven ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities and workflow changes
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
*Flexible and proactive mindset
