What you’ll do:
*Build and optimise email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot
*Plan, launch, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns
*Manage the digital marketing budget and report on performance
*Partner with content and design teams to deliver engaging, conversion-led campaigns
*Analyse results, track ROI, and continuously improve strategy
*Lead digital storytelling for CSR initiatives
*Ensure GDPR compliance across all activity
*Stay ahead with emerging trends, including AI-driven marketing tools
*Present insights clearly to stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
*Strong digital marketing experience (B2B or e-commerce preferred)
*Hands-on HubSpot or marketing automation expertise
*Proven success with PPC, SEO, and paid social campaigns
*Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
*Data-driven mindset with solid analytics skills
