Job Description:
Finance Administrator | £ | Liverpool | Permanent, hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known and highly regarded Liverpool-based business with ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation across the region.
This is a fantastic chance to become part of a friendly, collaborative finance team within a business that is continuing to evolve and invest in its future. The company has built a recognised local brand and is now looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the finance function while developing alongside the business.

In this role, you will work closely with the wider finance team, responsibilities will include:
*Raising and processing customer invoices accurately and efficiently
*Supporting credit control activities and customer account queries
*Preparing and assisting with VAT returns
*Processing supplier invoices and maintaining purchase ledger records
*Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
*Carrying out bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
*Supporting month-end processes and reporting activities
*Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
*Assisting with cashflow tracking and transactional finance duties
*Supporting process improvements and finance administration projects
*Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers/customers where required
The successful candidate for this Finance Administrator role will:
*Have previous experience within a finance or accounts role
*Be organised with strong attention to detail
*Have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
*Be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
*Have experience with Excel and finance systems
*Be proactive, reliable, and keen to learn
For this Finance Administrator role, you will get:
*Salary circa £30,000
