Job Title: Sales Executive (Fitness Centre)
Location: Kettering
Full-Time: Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets within a dynamic environment.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and converting enquiries into loyal customers or members. You will act as a key ambassador for the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities
*Contact and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person
*Manage bookings, trial sessions, and membership sign-ups
*Understand client needs and recommend suitable fitness/wellness packages
*Track and report on sales performance and lead conversion
*Build strong relationships with new and existing members
*Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (fitness industry a plus!)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
*Comfortable using CRM systems and booking software
*Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
*Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
