Actio Recruitment are supporting a well-established fabrications business who are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their high-precision fabrication team.
The Role
*Fabrication and assembly of complex sheet-metal parts
*Working from engineering drawings and technical specs
*Using specialist materials
*Thin-gauge work
*Riveting, sealing and assembling machined/fabricated components
*Inspection, documentation and working to tight tolerances
*Identifying defects and supporting continuous improvement
*Maintaining a clean, safe, 5S-driven workspace
What You’ll Need
*Strong sheet-metal background
*Confident with hand tools for cutting, bending and shaping
*Skilled in forming metal
*Able to read drawings
*Quality-focused
*Strong Health & Safety awareness
Desirable
*Detail-driven and methodical
*Works well with limited supervision
*Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Relevant apprenticeship or Level 3 Fabrication/Welding qualification
