The role
As a Promotional Beauty Brand Ambassador, you will represent leading beauty brands across a variety of campaigns, launches, and activations. You’ll be introducing customers to exciting products, creating memorable brand experiences, and bringing enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism to every shift.
Key responsibilities
*Represent luxury beauty brands at product launches, in-store promotions, and campaign activations
*Create positive, engaging, and memorable customer experiences
*Start conversations confidently and connect with a wide range of customers
*Promote products across beauty categories including make-up, fragrance, and skincare
*Share key product information and campaign messaging in an approachable, engaging way
*Support sales, footfall, and brand awareness through proactive customer interaction
*Maintain excellent standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
*Represent each brand with energy, positivity, and credibility
What we’re looking for
*A genuine love of beauty and interest in luxury brands
*An upbeat, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
*Confidence speaking to customers and creating instant rapport
*Strong communication and people skills
*A polished, professional, and well-presented approach
*Previous promotional, retail, customer service, or brand ambassador experience is beneficial but not essential
*A flexible and reliable attitude with availability for campaign-based work
*The energy and confidence to represent premium brands in a fast-paced environment
