Are you an experienced Assistant Branch Manager and have trade counter experience? Are you self motivated and passionate to drive and increase sales within a customer facing role? . This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established business where you can develop to Branch Manager. There is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus to potentially earn a package of £40,000 and the best part is there is no weekend working, just Monday to Friday. Driving licence is essential for this role.






The Role:




*Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Driving internal and external sales to meet and exceed branch targets while following company policies and procedures.
*Actively promoting and selling the products and services.
*Strengthening the brand locally.
*Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control.
*Keeping the branch clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials.
*Maintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow-ups.
*Ensuring the Workshop is at capacity.
*Handling time-keeping, attendance, and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.


About You:




*A confident leader with strong people-management skills.
*Someone commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive
*Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
*Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
*Hands-on and leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
*Must hold a current, valid UK driving licence.
