This role would suit a motivated Graduate Engineer, Graduate Geologist, or similar, with a degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Geography, or a related discipline, who is eager to develop practical site investigation skills and build a long-term career within the geotechnical and engineering sector.
In this role, the successful candidate will support Ground Investigation projects across the UK, assisting with site supervision, soil and rock logging, environmental monitoring, sampling, and technical reporting while receiving ongoing mentoring and specialist training.
The Role:
*Supporting Ground Investigation projects across the UK and occasionally Europe
*Assisting with supervision of site investigations and drilling works
*Logging soil and rock in accordance with BS5930:2020
*Working away from home approximately 80% of the time
*Opportunity for overtime and long-term progression
*8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
The Person:
*Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Geography, or similar
*Graduate Engineer, Graduate Geologist, or similar background
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Willingness to travel and work away across the UK
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
