Job Description:
Warehouse & Logistics Manager
*Annual Salary: Competitive (Details upon application)

Join our client, a leading own label manufacturing group, as the Warehouse & Logistics Manager. This senior leadership role holds full operational accountability for warehousing, logistics, inventory control, and third-party logistics across our Norfolk sites. You will ensure that operations are efficient, effective, and safe, using data-driven strategies to maintain high performance and allow for scalable growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Take full accountability for warehouse and logistics performance across all sites, ensuring service excellence, cost-efficiency, safety, and compliance.
*Establish and maintain clear KPI frameworks, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety metrics.
*Drive operations that are data-driven with predictable and repeatable performance.
*Consistently assess current operations; design and implement robust, repeatable processes aligned to best practice.
*Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and management rhythms across the function.
*Manage 3PL relationships and contracts, ensuring service levels and cost targets are met.
*Lead, develop, and structure the warehouse and logistics team for optimum performance levels.
*Set and enforce health and safety standards across all warehouse and logistics activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven track record leading warehouse and logistics operations at scale, ideally across multiple sites.
*Strong process design and performance management capabilities.
*Experience with budget and cost centre accountability.
*Working knowledge of WMS and ERP systems; experience leading or contributing to system implementation or optimisation.
*Demonstrable experience in health and safety leadership at an operational level.
*3PL contract management and provider relationship experience.
*Ability to lead and reshape teams; credible at all levels from the warehouse floor to the boardroom.
