Job Description:
Production Technician
Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to work in a specialised environment? Our client is seeking a number of production technicians to join their dynamic team in producing high-quality products. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a cutting-edge manufacturing process while developing their skills.
Responsibilities:
*Manufacture precise products, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards.
*Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance.
*Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations.
*Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals.
*Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management.
*Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly.
Requirements:
*GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.
*Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
*High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
*Prior experience in a production setting (on-the-job training provided).
*Familiarity with protocols and basic computer systems is beneficial.
