Position: Cleaner
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day
Preferred Start Time: From 7:00am
Start Date: ASAP (ideally from the upcoming Monday)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across communal areas and toilet facilities within a commercial office building. This role does not include cleaning inside individual office suites.
Key Responsibilities
*Cleaning and sanitising male, female, and accessible toilets
*Cleaning internal communal areas including reception areas, corridors, stairwells, and lifts
*Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping communal floors
*Wiping down high-touch points such as door handles, handrails, lift buttons, and light switches
*Emptying bins and removing waste from communal areas and toilets
*Restocking washroom consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels)
*Reporting any damage, maintenance issues, or health & safety concerns
Requirements
*Previous experience in commercial or office building cleaning preferred
*Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Reliable, punctual, and professional
Working Hours
*15 hours per week
*Monday to Friday
*3 hours per day, mornings preferred starting around 7:00am
