Junior Buyer
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious procurement professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider procurement and supply chain team, supporting purchasing activities and supplier management across the business.
Key Responsibilities:*Support the procurement team with day-to-day purchasing activities
*Raise and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
*Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Monitor stock levels and supplier performance
*Assist with sourcing new suppliers and negotiating pricing where appropriate
*Resolve delivery issues and invoice queries efficiently
*Maintain accurate purchasing records and system data
*Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Previous experience within a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Good communication and relationship-building abilities
*A proactive and positive approach to work
*Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
*A desire to develop a long-term career within procurement
*CIPS qualification or studying towards this would be advantageous
