Site & Grounds Support Operative (Agricultural Site)Location: Exeter area - EX5
Duration: 2-3 months initially (with potential to be ongoing)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Site & Grounds Support Operative to assist with general housekeeping and maintenance duties at a large agricultural / rural industrial site near Exeter (EX5 area).
This role involves a mix of outdoor and indoor work in an agricultural environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in rural surroundings.
Duties will include:
*Sweeping and shovelling site areas
*Washing down channels and surfaces
*Clearing debris and rubbish around the site
*General tidying of workshop and tools areas
*Pressure washing
*Weed pulling
*Mowing and strimming lawned areas
All tools and PPE will be provided.
Requirements:
*Comfortable working in an agricultural / rural environment
*Willingness to carry out physical, hands-on work
*Reliable and punctual
*Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
*Safety-conscious approach to work
