Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
South Yorkshire | Salary Negotiable DOE
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a growing, forward-thinking law firm with an excellent reputation, supportive culture and genuine commitment to work/life balance?
Due to continued growth, Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join our highly successful and friendly client within an established and expanding law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client service.
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a collaborative and professional environment with excellent support around you.
The Role:
Handling a varied caseload including:
*Sales & purchases
*Freehold & leasehold transactions
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Help to Buy funded transactions
*Commercial Property experience would be advantageous
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong client care skills with a professional approach
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Comprehensive understanding of current AML requirements
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
*A following of clients/referral contacts would be advantageous
