Are you passionate about providing a 5-star workplace experience? Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Floor Champion to join their team in Bank, City of London, for a temporary contract starting June 1, 2026, lasting 3 months.
As a Floor Champion, you will be the heart of the office, ensuring a welcoming environment for all employees, guests, and visitors. Your role will involve a variety of Office Operations, Front of House, and Office Services tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for office users, greeting guests with a smile!
*Maintain a safe and comfortable working environment while ensuring the highest level of service.
*Conduct regular floor walks, checking meeting rooms and general office spaces for cleanliness and functionality.
*Liaise with different teams to provide seamless service delivery.
*Handle incoming mail and print jobs promptly and efficiently.
*Keep accurate records and reports in our iOffice system.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude!
*Punctual, reliable, and well-presented at all times.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
*IT proficient, familiar with Microsoft packages and office equipment.
