We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure each property is spotless, well-stocked, and guest-ready, contributing to a positive guest experience and high ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
*Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
*Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other fabrics
*Restock essential supplies (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
*Inspect the property for damages or missing items and report issues promptly
*Ensure the property is staged according to host guidelines (e.g., arranging cushions, décor)
*Take photos after cleaning if required
*Manage time efficiently to meet check-in deadlines
*Follow cleaning checklists and standards consistently
*Ironing and preparing linen bags
Requirements:
*Previous cleaning experience preferred (hospitality or Airbnb cleaning is a plus)
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Reliable transportation
*Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
*Good communication skills
