Description
*Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
*Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
*Assist in managing employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
*Partner with managers to identify and address workforce planning and development needs.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
*Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance and employee engagement.
*Ensure accurate and timely HR record-keeping and reporting.
*Provide support during organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and transitions.
Profile
A successful Interim Associate HR Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience in a similar HR advisory or business partner role within a Higher Education environment would be beneficial.
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Experience managing employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinaries.
*Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis to support decision-making.
