Butler Rose is delighted to be representing this dynamic enterprise in the heart of Central London, in their search for a Financial Accounts Assistant (Multiple Entity) to assist through a busy audit and reporting period. The is a short term temporary role with immediate start and is based out of London with hybrid working arrangement (2/3 days in the office)

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their career who can support across financial statements, reconciliations, and audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of financial statements across multiple entities
* Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
* Prepare audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors
* Maintain and organise financial documentation to ensure audit readiness
* Assist with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
* Provide general support to the financial reporting team during period-end
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple legal entities

Requirements
* Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or early-stage finance professional
* Experience working in a multi-entity or group environment is highly desirable
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
* Exposure to audit processes or financial reporting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks
