Job Description:
Our client is a private family office in the sustainability space and they are looking for a Private PA to join their team and support the Senior PA and the Chairman. This is a support based role, focusing specifically on diary management and travel coordination, initially a 3-month contract with huge potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
*Dairy management, over different time zones
*Supporting the principal’s family and VIP’s
*Assisting with event organisation
*Assisting with managing travel schedules, both business and personal
*Flexibility for some out of hours working may be required
*Potential to travel with the principal when required
Ideal Candidate:
*1-2 years’ experience with HNWIs or within a Private Family Office
*Some experience supporting C-suite/Board level individuals
*A can do attitude and the ability to calm under pressure
*Flexible, proactive, hardworking
*Strong academics
This is a fantastic opportunity with great exposure to a private family office environment. This is an immediate start temporary position and salary is dependent on experience.
