Job Description:
Part-Qualified ACA / ACCA Accountant required for a friendly, independent accountancy practice. My client is seeking a motivated part-qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with at least 18 months’ practice experience to join the expanding team. You’ll work with a varied portfolio of SMEs and individuals, gaining hands-on experience across accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, tax returns and client support.
What you’ll need:
*ACA or ACCA studier
*Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in practice
*Strong communication and client skills
*Experience with Xero plus knowledge of Sage & QuickBooks
*Organised, accurate and able to meet deadlines
What you’ll do:
*Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies
*Bookkeeping & VAT returns
*Personal tax returns
*Support clients with day-to-day queries
*Assist senior staff on client assignments
