Job Title: Window & Door Installation Team Leader
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire CV36.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm + overtime as and when required.

We are currently looking for someone to become a Window & Door Installation Team Leader.


The role will be to run a team of installers carrying out installations of steel windows, doors, screens, and glazing. This role has the opportunity for further development and progression within the company.


Key Responsibilities:


*Installing steel windows, doors and screens into existing and newly formed openings
*To lead an Installation Team, including managing tools and van. (provided)
*Ensuring products are installed to a high standard.
*Rectifying installation problems should they occur.
*Working to deadlines
*To pass on skills and teach junior members of the team.
*Punctual and reliable


Candidate Requirements:


*Experience of fitting windows doors and glazing
*Competent in all areas of the building trade.
*Organised and have good attention to detail
*Good communication skills
*To motivate their team to complete jobs to the highest standards.
*Driving licence
