General Warehouse Operative - Maidstone Contract: Temporary Pay:£13 per hourHours: Approximately 40 hours per week
We’re recruiting a dependable General Warehouse Operative to support our courier warehouse in Maidstone . You’ll help ensure parcels are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently as part of the operations team.
Key Responsibilities*Parcel Processing - Sort, scan, and move parcels through the warehouse.
*Loading & Unloading - Assist with vehicle loading and unloading.
*Health & Safety - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace.
*Equipment Use - Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
*Team Collaboration - Work effectively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
Requirements*Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or courier environment
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
*Basic understanding of scanning systems (training provided)
