What we’re looking for:
*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
*A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
*Confidence supporting outdoor and play-based learning
*Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
*A genuine interest in supporting children’s growth and wellbeing
*Basic safeguarding awareness (or willingness to develop this)
