You will be working in the Technology & Sustainability Team, where we are responsible for harnessing digital transformation and innovation to meet ambitious climate goals and deliver sustainable solutions for our customers.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will play a critical role in defining, shaping, and delivering digital products that align with business priorities and generate measurable value.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with broad scope and influence, responsible for leading product development across the organisation, from discovery and design through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in creating products that modernise processes, enhance customer and employee experiences, and unlock innovation at scale.

*Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and user research through to delivery, iteration, and optimisation.
*Define and prioritise product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
*Drive product adoption and long-term value by monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams, digital programme managers, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and end users to translate requirements into impactful product solutions.
*Collaborate with senior leaders, technology partners, and vendors to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support successful product delivery.
We are looking for:
*Experience of owning, managing, or contributing to the delivery of digital products across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
*Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including roadmap development, backlog prioritisation, and outcome-focused delivery.
*Proven ability to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into clear product requirements, and communicate effectively with audiences at all levels of the organisation.
*Experience of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data, to deliver user-centred digital solutions.
*Good knowledge of product discovery techniques, user research methods, and data-informed decision-making.
*Familiarity with Lean, Design Thinking, or Service Design approaches.
What we offer:
*24/7 digital GP service for you and your family
*Financial wellbeing and employee assistance
*Professional development
*Enhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave)
