This home-based Property Consultant role would be ideal for someone currently working within estate agency, sales progression, conveyancing, property administration, lettings, or customer service who is looking to move into a professional Monday to Friday home-based role with no weekends or bank holidays.

The Role
As a Property Consultant, you will manage and progress residential property cases on behalf of corporate clients across the UK.
You will liaise with:
*Solicitors
*Estate agents
*Surveyors
*Corporate clients
*Internal departments
Duties will include:
*Managing property cases from instruction through to completion
*Providing updates to clients and third parties
*Handling calls and emails professionally
*Updating systems accurately
*Maintaining compliance and audit trails
*Prioritising workload in line with SLAs
*Delivering excellent customer service
This is a busy and varied home-based role where organisation and communication are essential.
