Temporary Corporate Receptionist (Holiday Cover)
Location: Oulton Road, Stone, ST15
Dates: 23rd May – 29th May
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30
Pay rate : 12.71
The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Front of House Professional to provide seamless reception cover. You will be expected to maintain a sharp, corporate image and deliver a first-class service from the moment you clock in.
Key Responsibilities
*Communication: Manage a busy switchboard with total professionalism; screen and direct calls with precision.
*Visitor Management: Greet guests, manage the sign-in/out process, and oversee meeting room setups, including refreshments.
*Logistics: Handle high volumes of incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate courier bookings.
*Office Operations: Manage meeting room calendars, conference call bookings, and weekly stationery procurement via our PO process.
*Facilities Support: Act as the primary point of contact for office issues, ensuring maintenance or Health & Safety concerns are reported and resolved immediately.
Requirements
*Professionalism: You must possess the poise to deal with people at all levels of business.
*Efficiency: Ability to process administrative duties quickly without sacrificing quality.
*Reliability: You are required to be on-site and ready to perform for the full duration of the cover period.
