Job Description:
At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a vibrant and innovative primary school in the B15 area, recruiting a dedicated primary Teacher for a full-time role starting in September.
We are seeking a passionate and qualified educator who is looking for the consistency, progression, and reward of a full-time teaching role within a supportive school environment where children’s learning, development, and well-being come first.
The schoolwork very closely with their local community centre, a valuable resource located adjacent to the school. The centre provides a wide range of activities and service.

As a full-time class teacher, you will have the opportunity rto make a lasting impact within a school community.
Responsibilities include:
*Planning and delivery engaging, creative and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Create a welcoming and productive classroom environment where every child feels safe and eccited about education.
*Building strong professional relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents and carers.
*Continually assess and record progress in line with school policies, adapting teaching techniques to meet individual needs
*Understanding and implementing behaviour expectations according to school behaviour policies
*Promote educational progression, maintaining high standards of learing and achievement
*Contributing to the wider school community, including staff meetings, school initiatives and community involvement
What we are looking for teachers who:
*Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Have recent experience teaching within UK Primary schools and understand the national curriculum
*Can teach KS2 confidently
*Committed to inclusively and confident supporting all pupils to succeed, tailoring lessons and activities where appropriate
*Bring energy, professionalism and a positive attitude to school life
*Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
