Job Title: Senior Support Worker / Clinical Lead (The Elite Squad)
Location: Middlesbrough (TS3, TS5, TS7) & Surrounding Teesside Areas
Salary: £15.00 – £18.50 per hour (B2B/Consultancy Options Available)
Job Type: Part-time, Flexible, Block Bookings

We are currently headhunting for our "Teesside Masterclass Pool"—a squad of highly qualified, disciplined, and compassionate professionals ready to support "Requires Improvement" turnaround projects.
Who we are looking for:
*Specialists: We value candidates with Degrees (BSc/MSc), Nursing backgrounds, or NVQ Level 3-5.
*The Disciplined: Professionals who treat clinical documentation, medication management, and infection control as a science.
*The Reliable: Staff who understand the value of Continuity of Care and are looking for consistent block-bookings rather than random shifts.
*Drivers: (Preferred) To support our "Rapid Response" team across the Teesside corridor.
