The Role

*Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.
*Play a key role within a well-established Residential Property team in Chesterfield.
*Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
*Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and local referrers.
*Work closely with senior leadership as the department continues to grow.

You

*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
*Ideally 5+ years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
*Strong technical ability alongside a commercial and client-focused approach.
*Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
*Organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload.
*Interested in joining a collaborative and ambitious firm with an excellent regional reputation.
