Senior Residential Property Conveyancer Dronfield - Derbyshire | Established Legal 500 Firm | Quality Work & Genuine Balance

The Dronfield office offers the chance to work within a close-knit and highly respected team handling quality Residential Property matters for a loyal and longstanding client base. The Role
*Manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
*Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters.
*Deliver high levels of client care while building strong local relationships.
*Work within a collaborative team environment with strong support from experienced colleagues.
*Assist with mentoring and technical support for junior team members where appropriate.
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.
*Enjoy a role offering autonomy, flexibility and genuine long-term progression prospects.
You
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
*Ideally 5+ years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing.
*Confident managing your own caseload independently.
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
*Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment.
