Description
*Supporting managers with a wide range of people matters and employee relations cases
*Providing practical HR advice and guidance to employees and leadership teams
*Managing recruitment and onboarding activity, including ATS administration
*Supporting performance management, appraisals and probation processes
*Assisting with HR reporting, analytics and HRIS administration
*Supporting employee engagement, training and development initiatives
*Ensuring HR policies and processes remain compliant and consistently applied
*Supporting payroll administration, family leave processes and wider HR operations
*Helping drive a positive employee experience across multiple business units


Profile
A successful HR Generalist / People Operations Advisor should have:
*5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
*Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience
*Previous logistics, transport or operational environment experience is advantageous
*Confident using HRIS systems and Excel
*Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
*Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
*Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving business


Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £43,000 per annum.
