With the team expanding from 7 to 12 paraplanners, you’ll play a key role in shaping the function, developing talent, and driving high standards across the board.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the paraplanning team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely technical support to advisers and clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role — combining people management, technical oversight, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
*Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of paraplanners
*Support onboarding and training of new hires as the team scales
*Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
Operational Oversight

*Monitor workloads, productivity, and quality across the team
*Act as a key escalation point for complex cases
Technical & Compliance Excellence

*Provide guidance on complex financial planning scenarios
*Maintain consistently high levels of technical accuracy

Stakeholder Collaboration
*Work closely with advisers, compliance, and leadership teams
*Support the delivery of excellent client outcomes across the business
What We’re Looking For
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)

Strong experience within paraplanning (senior level or leadership)

Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments & protection

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others

Strong understanding of compliance and suitability standards
