The RoleYou’ll be involved in all aspects of planning consultancy work, including:
*Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

*Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-profile projects

*Conducting site appraisals and preparing planning statements

*Engaging with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders

*Contributing to business development and client relationships

About YouWe’re looking for someone who:
*Holds (or is working towards) MRTPI status

*Has solid experience within a planning consultancy or local authority setting

*Is confident, proactive, and enjoys working on a variety of projects

*Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for planning
