We are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller for an immediate-start opportunity based in Birmingham. This is a temp-to-perm role offering hybrid working, ideal for someone confident in managing the full credit control process and looking for a longer-term position.
Key Responsibilities*Managing your own ledger and maintaining strong credit control processes
*Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email
*Resolving invoice queries and disputes efficiently
*Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
*Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
*Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end activities
About You*Proven, hands-on experience in credit control is essential
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Confident working independently as well as part of a team
*Organised, persistent, and target-driven
*Comfortable using finance systems and Excel
