Full job descriptionAgilis Search are proud to be supporting an established employer based in Bury St Edmunds with the recruitment of a Credit Control Supervisor.
Managing a small team of long-standing credit controllers, this is a mix of hands on and team leader responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
*Managing escalated issues, negotiating resolutions, and overseeing the setup of new customer accounts.
*Monitoring customer credit limits, sending monthly debt letters, and initiating legal proceedings when necessary.
*Handling ROT claims, accounts in liquidation, and bad debts, ensuring the company’s interests are protected at all times.
*Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
*Identifying and implementing process improvements
Key skills:
*Experience in supervising a team.
*Providing guidance and support to your team.
*Responding to day-to-day queries, authorising holiday requests, and coaching team members with constructive feedback.
*The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit control, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
