*Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Manage and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
*Control costs and provide analysis.
*Support the internal and external audit processes.
*Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive efficiencies.
Profile


*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*People management skills, with experience running a team of 5+.
*Experience within the manufacturing industry.
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards.
*Detailed knowledge of VAT, CAPEX & HMRC compliance.
*Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
