Our client, a leading training provider within the education sector, is currently seeking a Health and Social Care Learning Coach - Level 3 to join their dynamic team in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities:*Delivering high-quality coaching to learners at their workplaces, guiding them through their apprenticeship standard requirements
*Utilising a range of coaching strategies to enable learners to achieve their qualifications
*Providing support and feedback to help learners progress in their careers
*Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievements
*Collaborating with employers to ensure learners receive comprehensive training and support
*Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements:*Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above
*Extensive and relevant vocational experience in a Health and Social Care setting
*Experience in a senior care role
*Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care settings
*Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
*Strong communication and self-motivation skills
*Ability to work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications:*Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
*Experience in a work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
