Contract: 2-3 months (sick cover) with potential extension and possible permanent role

Your new company
A West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short-term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long-term employment.

Your new role
*Responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes
*Fixing leaks, pipework, taps, wastes, cylinders and sanitary ware
*Basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor joinery and making good
*Working independently across local housing stock

What you’ll need to succeed
*NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
*Previous experience in social housing reactive maintenance
*Own van and tools preferred (option for van provision later)
*Strong plumbing skills with multi-trade capability

What you’ll get in return
*Up to £25.50 per hour
*37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
